Twilight Zone, Delph, Tosin, Yaya, Power, Messi, and Txiki shopping in Valencia?

After City's surreal performance against Everton, I fully intended on avoiding the media fall out, but instead I decided to weather it.

First off Fabian Delph? he's been available to play but Pep has chosen to go with Zabaleta in midfield, Delph was supposed to be on his way out with West Brom apparently in contact with City over singing him this month. Pep however has pulled the plug on any possible transfer out and fingers are being pointed at our apparent midfield crisis, OK we've lost our two best midfielders in Fernandinho and Gundogan but it's hardly a crisis. We had Delph available, there's nothing wrong with Fernando and his absence is also as confusing as Delph's. Neither were or are injured and both have played the invisible man, then there's Yaya, OK he had a poor game against Everton but he's surprised me since his comeback. Fernandinho being red carded 3 times this season has hurt us more than anything, followed by John Stones and his constant errors.

Next up and to add insult to injury, we are encouraged to believe our 19 year old Mancunian Defender Tosin Adarabioyo is on his way to Everton. All because the lad's turned down a new contract offer, with 6 months left to run on his current contract. As far as I'm aware there has been no interest from Everton in Tosin, so I'm led to believe it's just some moron trying to add insult to injury. Bottom line is yeah, we'd all like to see him stay at City and fight for his future, but if he doesn't want to stay then there's nothing we can do about it other than move on. I mean after all we only want players at our club who want to be here, I hope he sticks with us but it's not the end of the world if he doesn't.

The Independents Simon Hart caught up with ex City Leftback Paul Power, believes Manchester City have lost our identity? But with all due respect I think he's dead wrong. He points to the lack of Mancunian lads in our first team, and compares City of today with the City on his day. Which is in my opinion pretty lame and narrow minded. Back in the 1980's we were up and down in the first and second divisions, so far away from where we are today. Our unwanted neighbours over in Trafford were poaching all the best youth around Greater Manchester, they even poached Ryan Giggs right from under our noses. We weren't fighting for the League Title or the Champions League and we certainly didn't have the youth capable to compete with the bigger clubs.

It's only now that we can compete with the big clubs because now we are a bigger club ourselves, OK we've only got one Mancunian on our first team in Tosin Adarabioyo, but he's not the only young Mancunian on our books.

Manchester born Cameron Humphreys-Grant in our EDS squad.
Manchester born Brandon Barker on loan at Nac Breda
Manchester born Issac Buckley-Ricketts in our EDS squad
Manchester born Kean Bryan out on loan at Bury

There are a lot more Manchester born youth in City's academy but, those lads above are the four I believe have a good chance of making it into our first team. What Paul Power needs to realise is, we have been playing catch up and with that in mind, we've done pretty well in my opinion. I think age is catching up with Paul, it's unrealistic to think Manchester City can field a team full of Mancunian lads and sustain our Premier League and Champions League status. You can't just build a multi-million pound academy and then expect it to instantly roll out a production line of world class Mancunians, but I'd also like to point out a few other points.

Manchester City's players are not the only people that form the identity of our Football Club, the fact Power only spoke about the lack of Mancunians in the side, was just a slap in the face for us City fans. It's us City fans who make up most of the identity, after all if it wasn't for the fans of a club then the club wouldn't exist in the first place. I haven't even mentioned Manchester City's work in the Community, City are at the forefront of Community work and have achieved many awards to show for their hard work in Manchester.

Onto the Lionel Messi speculation that City have enquired about a potential world record transfer away from FC Barcelona, right now I would bet that it's nothing more than just talk. City may well have enquired but, that doesn't mean to say Lionel Messi is about to up sticks and move. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see a front three of Messi, Aguero, Jesus but something just tells me Messi hasn't got it in him to make the move to England of all places. He's had a few chances to leave Barca but every time, he was just happy to take a pay rise.

And finally our Txiki Begiristain was spotted in Valencia, allegedly meeting with Valencia's Jose Ramon Alexanko, they currently have Eliaquim Mangala on loan but the talk was reported to be about the possibility of City signing 21 year old Spanish Leftback Jose Gaya. Any deal would more than likely include the permanent transfer of Mangala if both clubs were interested in doing a deal. With Clichy showing his age in his performances lately and Pep's intentions of using Kolarov as a Centerback, we are in need of fresh legs in that position so a move would make sense. To be honest, being constantly linked with Messi is getting boring, my money's on Messi signing a new deal with Barcelona.

I haven't even touched on Alexis Sanchez being on Peps radar with all the speculation over the players contract situation, all I care about right now is seeing Gabriel Jesus make his debut and see City get back to winning ways.

Check out the odds on live football matches at William Hill Lets hope Gabriel Jesus will help us back to winning ways and improve our odds, got to be in it to win it.

Real Madrid Fallout, Times Up For Toure, Pep Can't Arrive Soon Enough.

Having given myself time to calm down I've come to the conclusion that some of our players have run out of steam, lost the will to put the effort in or are just past their peak. One that stands out amongst them is Yaya Toure, what a great player he used to be and even greater player he could have been. Had he not the innate ability to go missing and become lazy, his twilight years at Manchester City will be tarnished by his walking around the pitch like a spectator as our opponents break on us. If that wasn't enough we as a club also suffered every time we lost him to the AFCON, one of many reasons why we came up short in 2012-13 and 2014-15. This is a significant strain so if an elite club is to have African players, then they need to make sure there's adequate cover.

He's not alone though as Aleksandar Kolarov has been quite atrocious of late, as has Wilfried Bony and Jesus Navas continues to try use his speed and touch to hide the fact he can barely score goals. Yeah Navas can whip a ball in but a 10 year old youth player can do that too, the best players actually find their target when they cross a ball whereas Navas just hits it and hopes someone gets on the end of it.

I've never really rated Kolarov much myself, he's from day one always left space in behind himself when bombing forward, we didn't suffer much for it when James Milner played in front of him and covered his backside. A wing Back that can't defend is no defender in my book, relies too much on his speed and quite frankly he's losing it so he's without a doubt going to be one of the first departures under the Pep Guardiola reign.

Although Mangala and Otamendi have upped their performances in the last few games, they are also guilty of failure. A few good performances should never out way an inconsistent and below par season.

Demichelis pretty much has an excuse so it's tough to be hard on the guy, he's nearing retirement age and will be departing anyway.

I have the feeling Yaya has thrown in the towel knowing he won't be at the club much longer, which would explain his embarrassing performance against Real Madrid where even Stoke City's players were condemning him. I strongly believe he threw us under the bus but it doesn't stop there.

Manuel Pellegrini has also been guilty of some awful decisions, why didn't he take Toure off the moment he started causing problems for us? We were doing so well without Yaya in Europe, then Pellegrini ruins all that hard work and what happens? we were effectively playing with 10 men against Real Madrid who I strongly believe we should have knocked out of the Champions League. I will without a doubt take solace in knowing Athletico Madrid will win the Champions League.

Wilfried Bony, Pellegrini has consistently persisted with the Forward despite the fact he can't score goals to save his life, the fact he's continually snubbed Kelechi Iheanacho who can and has been scoring goals from the bench in favour of Bony just makes me angry. It's been one almighty slap in the face for Iheanacho, but the lad has taken it in his stride and has shown maturity beyond his years. Wilfried Bony is as far as I'm concerned the most expensive flop in Manchester City FC history, we were well and truly robbed.

As far as I'm concerned next season can't come soon enough, I really want to believe Pellegrini and Yaya Toure are deliberately derailing us this season but. I put it down to believing Pellegrini just hasn't got what it takes to consistently sustain Champions League football and that Yaya Toure has given all he's got and has no more to offer.

Now this sounds like I'm having a pop at them all and in all honesty I am but, I haven't forgotten all the hard work Manuel Pellegrini has done for our club. He cleaned up the mess left behind by Roberto Mancini and Co, he matched Mancini's success rate. Yaya Toure gave some of his best years early on in his City career so we have to thank then both for that, they can walk away with their heads high.

On the other hand we have suffered of late by poor decision making, under performances and ignorance. Pellegrini this season has jeopardized our Champions League spot for next season which hinges on us beating both Arsenal and Swansea City, Yaya Toure has been guilty of not turning up on more than one occasion.

But we can take comfort in knowing we're still in with a chance of qualifying for the Champions League for now, we can also look at our poor performances over two legs against the mighty egotistical Real Madrid as a positive. We almost knocked out the mighty Real while playing atrociously and only lost by one goal with the players we have.

As always our fans will support our club until the end, my only hope is that if Pellegrini persists with Yaya, that he doesn't produce another poor performance like he did against Real when we face Arsenal. Otherwise Pellegrini's and Toure's legacy will be tarnished, all that hard work and go out with a whimper.

COMON CITY.

Has Yaya Given All He Can? Pellegrini's Claim We're Complete? The Guardiola Saga?

I'm well aware the Media are capable to twisting ones words to create better headlines but this particular statement made by Pellegrini kind of summed it up and says it all for me.

"Really I think this squad is complete,"  Pellegrini claimed to reporters before our last game against Watford.

He has clearly taken us as far as he can, yet another Roberto Mancini as far as I'm concerned. Don't get me wrong as I'm definitely appreciative of what they achieved for us and all the hard work they've put in to get us to where we are right now, but they're definitely not the right coaches to take us forward.

I believe Josep Guardiola Sala is the coach to make us worthy Champions League contenders, right now we are just making up the numbers. It's been talked about that he had it easy at Barcelona with world class players surrounding him and at Bayern Munich with yet more world class players, but that doesn't change the fact he's succeeded at both clubs and is well respected by his peers. Even Alex Ferguson tried to lure him to Old Scaffold in 2012, as much as I despise the Scot that speaks for itself.

Last season when it all went pair shaped I said to myself, Pellegrini isn't the man to guide us to Champions League glory. I knew we needed Guardiola but in all honesty thought it would be almost impossible to prise him away from Munich, but earlier back in October 2015 I made a bold claim to my City supporting Aunt that Pep Guardiola had all but resigned himself to joining Manchester City and that I believed Lionel Messi would follow him to the Etihad. A bold claim indeed but there you have it.

Guardiola is well respected and still at an age where he has the opportunity to surpass Alex Ferguson as the best Coach ever to grace English football, yes he has admitted he doesn't like to stay long in one place. But I believe Sheikh Mansour has the power to keep him happy by providing him anything he requires, something Barcelona and Bayern Munich were incapable of doing or achieving.

Yaya Toure could be a big issue though as he was clearly not the right fit for Guardiola's Barcelona, as fantastic has he's been for us I think he's done. In 2014/15 he became lazy and some blame that on Pellegrini pushing him up field in a more advanced position, at times he goes missing and more so away from home. Sometimes it seems like he just doesn't care and walks around while the opposition counter attack leaving the rest of his team mates to scramble a man down, this was yet again the case against Everton last night. He got mugged a few times by Everton players and only looked bothered when we were in Evertons half. Despite appreciating his contribution to our past success, I'm quite frankly sick of the lazy performances throwing the rest of his team under the bus. As if we haven't got problems to deal with already, with a Calamity prone Mangala and a slow lethargic Demichelis which might I add Pellegrini failed to replace last season. I strongly believe Pellegrini had nothing to do with the signings of De Bruyne and Sterling, that credit more than likely goes to our boardroom.

As much I want Guardiola signing for us, I would like Pellegrini to win the title this season if only to cement his status as a good coach. Not that he hasn't done so already but still all the same, he deserves every last bit of success he can get before he leaves us.

But players that I feel have failed and given all they can are Toure, Mangala, Bony, Demichelis, Clichy and Kolarov, as far as I'm concerned they have to go and be replaced. I'd say keep Yaya and have him as an impact player off the bench but lets face it, all he would ever do is moan and groan so it's probably best if he found a new challenge. Either that or become a Coach, Scout or something along those lines. I don't think any of them fit into Guardiola's style of play, so I expect quite a few departures if Guardiola does sign for us but then that's not such a bad thing is it. After all think of the players that would follow him without a first thought, the thought is mind boggling to say the least.

So I'm absolutely sure Pellegrini's time is up, It's a shame because I really wanted him to succeed so we wouldn't have to keep chopping and changing coaches. But I suppose I was at the time not considering his age in that wish. Manchester City haven't opened talks over a new contract and Pellegrini has admitted the end is near, so change is inevitable.

I believe our weakest position is left back, right back is also a slight concern but still a concern to be looked at with our lads ageing. Saying that all along the back 4 needs looking at. So two left backs, one right back and two centre backs on the shopping list please.

What's your take on it all?

3 Points Against West Ham United Isn't Enough, Going To Take A Lot More Than One Game

That's right as far as I'm concerned if they want to keep their jobs then second place is what's required and nothing less.

A few end of season games where you play out of your skin after heavy criticism is far beyond good enough. It shouldn't have to take anger from us fans suffering, for you to play out your skin week in week out, if it was us fans out there on the pitch we would play our hearts out and as far as I understand very few of our players do play with their hearts for our club half the time if not at all.

Even if we do achieve 2nd place I still believe these players should definitely be moved on: Mangala, Fernando, Sagna, Dzeko, Jovetic, Guidetti, Negredo, Sinclair, Richards, Boyata.

I'd like to see Yaya Toure moved on because I'm tired of his lazy arse performances, but the chances he will actually move on are slim realistically unless some big club come in for him.

I'd also like to see Manuel Pellegrini leave because in my opinion he's let me down and our club down, I'm sick of his inability and unwillingness to adapt his philosophy and style. His inability to give even just one of our youth a good chance in the first team, Lopes or Denayer?

He came from Malaga and had a track record for promoting and believing in youth, when Pellegrini arrived I was excited about seeing our academy produce some first team players. Starved since Boyata it was time we gave them a chance, but no Pellegrini has refused to do so and I believe I understand why. It's not because our youth aren't ready and it's not because we haven't got any youth ready, it's because Pellegrini feels his job is on the line and doesn't have the balls or confidence in our youth players to step up and trust in our kids.

Jason Wilcox recently and rightly pointed out our youth aren't quite ready yet, but he was talking about our academy up to Under 18's level. He wasn't talking about our Under 21 EDS side or our youth out on loan.

I've honestly lost all faith in Manuel Pellegrini, though I fear we will end up with him until the end of his contract as nothing is coming out of City to believe otherwise.

Who's Pellegrini Kidding, Believes He Knows What City Fans Want?

"Yaya Toure will continue playing here because he  is a very important player for me and the squad and the fans for everyone."

Speaking for myself here when I say who is Pellegrini kidding, I want the lazy player gone in 2015.

I'm sorry but Yaya Toure is so lazy it's frustrating. He thinks scoring the odd one goal every now and then gives him the right to slack off and force other players around him to work harder so he can take a break when ever he feels like it. The Manchester Derby loss was ultimately his fault, United took advantage of his laziness. I'm quite frankly tired of it and I'd much rather have him sacked and Marcos Lopes take his number. Edin Dzeko is another slack off who's frustrating to watch, fire sale needed in next transfer window.

Mr Manuel Pellegrini, you are dead wrong and as far as I'm aware according to the forums I read and fans I speak too or listen too. They all want you sacked too, How long are City going to have to suffer losing him to Afcon, suffering for his laziness before something is done about it. It's time we cashed in on him before it turns out to be a complete and utter disaster, while we can recoup some cash for him.

Sorry Yaya Toure but you have to go, thanks for everything you've done for City but not so much thanks for what we suffered due to losing you to Afcon and your laziness.

Feel free to add your opinions City fans, I know I'm not the only one.

TIOC Heads For The Chop, Time For City And Sheikh Mansour To Wield The Axe

Manuel Pellerini OUT
Yaya Toure OUT
Fernando OUT
Jesus Navas OUT
Bacary Sagna OUT
Aleksandar Kolarov OUT
Edin Dzeko OUT
Stevan Jovetic OUT
Eliaquim Mangala OUT

All dead weight.

Toni Duggan OUT, just for being caught out having photo's taken with LVG on Derby day and then posting it on her Twitter account, stupid little girl.

Couldn't care less about losing the Derby, I stated the same in my last article. In fact I text my aunt yesterday this exact text message 'not bothered with Derby, Clattenburg bound to screw us over'. I also had a pretty good feeling our lads were going to ultimately implode as well so saw fit to miss the game and spend the time with my son. I did however check Skysports score centre after the final whistle and watch a rerun to find out who the biggest culprits were, no shock horror that I found Yaya Toure not turning up. As far as I'm concerned he's just another Balotelli, given us good and bad in equal measure so time to get rid and avoid these type of players in the future.

Manuel Pellegrini? I've said enough and had enough.

Final thought: I hope for our clubs sake that we still finish second or at the least third, but our players should now be told that they are playing for their futures. United are now irrelevant in my life, in fact they don't even exist anymore. I can finally say we no longer have unwanted neighbours, they aren't even in Manchester for crying out loud and haven't been for over 100 years. All they are is some poxy mass entity of ego rotting in Trafford, Manchester City are on the up, unlike Ryan Giggs, Wayne Rooney and Co, we're not interested in an over priced 60 year old rag wearing prostitute who's proud of her 20 rings, living in a pet vermin infested cardboard box held up by scaffold. We have bigger fish to fry and United are just an after thought, for me the Derby has lost it's wealth. I'd prefer to win the League Title or FA Cup than beat them.

We have an academy that's the envy of Europe, A stadium to be proud of and an owner who doesn't suck our club dry like the £650 million the Glazers took from the rags, We have ZERO DEBT and our club actually does care for the community, unlike some upstarts in Trafford who just pop into a school or hospital for a few minutes as a publicity stunt. What have you done lately, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE LATELY.

As much as I can't tolerate the guy, Rat Face Gary Neville's right. City do need to get rid of the dead weight, but we don't need to go buying loads of players. We have plenty of talent like Marcos Lopes, Jason Denayer and Brandon Barker to name but a few.

Lets hope we're not screwed over next season with the same players and manager, all we can hope for. Even if our players do salvage the season and finish 3rd at the least, I still think the above should leave. Right now I feel bad for players like David Silva, Sergio Aguero, Joe Hart and James Milner, they have been let down by their colleagues.

What happens now in preperation for next season is more important.

2 March 2015

Drop Dzeko Now, Start Bony Or I'm Calling For Your Head If We Lose Our Title Pellegrini

I'VE HAD ENOUGH Mr Manuel Pellegrini, prior to your arrival we had one Roberto Mancini who failed to do anything but concentrate on defending. Now we have you concentrating on only attacking and quite frankly, I'm sick to death of it and your inept ability to not learn from humiliating lessons and losing. Who suffers more for these pathetic and avoidable losses, we do the fans and I'll be calling for your head if we fail in both the Champions League and fail to retain our title.

My pro Mancini season card holding aunt was against you joining us because she was against Mancini leaving, but I wasn't so forgiving of Mancini and truly believed you would bring balance to Manchester City. However you have failed to do that and right now I'm more humiliated and depressed than I was when Mancini lost the FA Cup and League title, we haven't even lost anything yet other than a morale sapping humiliation at the hands of Liverpool and an embarrassing performance and loss at the hands of Barcelona.

I haven't forgotten my roots, our clubs roots and where we were when we were shit, but that should have no impact on my way of thinking right now. Our football club is now one of the biggest in Europe, the world even and we should expect more considering the facts. We have a multi million pound first team squad and we pull in well over 40 thousand fans on match day which is due to rise. It Wouldn't be fair to add our multi million pound academy in to the equation, due to not reaping the rewards as of yet. But City fans have a right to expect more than just humiliation, after all it is us fans that pay the clubs wages along side sponsors, some of who also end up being fans.

Let me get a few things straight, like many of our fan base I am more than capable of accepting loss. So long as we fought with pride in battle, so long as we gave our all and can hold our heads up high. We don't need titles and trophies, all we need is our pride and dignity preserved, our clubs pride and dignity preserved. It's blatantly obvious that you Mr Pellegrini have failed me and many other City fans by being ignorant and closed minded, you seem to think we can arrogantly stand up to any club in Europe playing nothing but attacking football with two forwards. ARROGANTLY, that is not who Manchester City are, that is not in the blood of us seasoned City fans.

A few City fans may point to the fact we are still in the title hunt, the Champions League and still have a chance, but I'm not one to ignore our failings based on just optimism and hope. Lets be honest while we are at it, I highly doubt there are many seasoned City fans like me believing we can win the Champions League at this rate, so we honestly only see the Premier League as our last chance saloon. So when you Mr Pellegrini and our multi million pound first team continue to put in pathetic performances like against Barcelona and Liverpool it just makes me soooooooooooooooo frustrated and deflated.

Playing two forwards against Barcelona, what the bloody hell were you thinking, continuing to play Edin Dzeko who has zero ability to successfully defend and tackle, what were you thinking? I have to blame our fan base partly for this, they constantly sing Dzeko's name like he's some legend, how often does he come up with the goods? This season he has been useless, yes useless and it wasn't until we purchased Wilfried Bony that Dzeko started putting more effort in. Lets face it Dzeko had no worries with the constantly injured Jovetic as competition, there was no pressure to up his game at all. We're sitting on a new £30 odd million striker who scores far more goals than Dzeko and you Mr Pellegrini keep choosing Edin bloody Dzeko. In fact I'll be calling for your sacking Mr Pellegrini and Mr Dzeko's sacking if this continues.

At least in Wilfried Bony, the man can track back and tackle successfully, at least he can slot in to midfield when needed and score more goals than Edin Dzeko. The rot is setting in and too many of our best players are going missing, Vincent Kompany is a shadow of himself ignoring criticism like he's just having a bloody off day when we're losing the title race. Yaya Toure has clearly left himself back in Africa with his trophy, poor display against Liverpool. I can point to so many things wrong at City right now that it's soul destroying, watching the Liverpool game was like watching us back in the Championship 'typical City'. And we thought we got the monkey off our back? My mind is saying Pellegrini out, the first thoughts that come to the forefront are why have we just purchased Wilfried Bony to sit on a bench?', why can't Pellegrini see that playing the likes of Dzeko against strong teams is quite frankly suicidal.

In fact while I'm at it I think Edin Dzeko is far too over rated, he only ever turns up at important moments to score goals and half the time fails to score anyway. Mancini used him as a super sub to great effect, now Pellegrini is using him as a starter to extremely little effect. I'd much rather have a 20 goal striker like Wilfried Bony who can tackle over Edin Dzeko any day. My aunt also says Dzeko deserves slack because he's come up with the goods in the past just like Mancini, sorry but I see the bigger picture and Edin Dzeko doesn't even fit in with our philosophy or style of play.

If you Mr Pellegrini do not adapt and come up with a plan B and C, if we fail to win the title, well I'm sorry but I'm calling for your sacking and for Edin Dzeko's sacking without a second thought. It may fall on deaf ears but I will be happy for doing so non the less. Right now I'd say Diego Simeone for Manchester City, now he's a man who knows about balance. Proven track record at a big club and stuck it too the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona. He may have just signed a new contract but every man and club has a price, no one is untouchable, not even Lionel Messi.

TIOC's Lineup Vs Liverpool FC, Opinion And Prediction

My thoughts behind this 451 formation is that when we defend, Wilfried Bony and Yaya Toure would slot back in, either side of Fernandinho. Pushing Liverpool out wide, while Nasri, Aguero and Silva roam in front and out wide thus suffocating Liverpool becoming effectively a 433. When we attack we quickly become a 451 or 442, this is how I believe we should play in all matches and this in my opinion is our strongest current line up with the exception of left back. I believe our weakest position is left back and I see no reason to drop Kompany because it would only effect us badly, he will eventually come good and he now realizes he's on the ropes and needs to up his game now before it's too late. The more criticism he gets the more he will push on, criticism should always be used as extra motivation in all walks of life. My prediction for the Liverpool game is Liverpool 1 Manchester City 3, Aguero, Bony and Yaya to score.

Why Couldn't City Win Without Yaya, Fortune Is Finally Shining Bright At City

Why have Manchester City struggled to win without Yaya Toure present, although we got our first win without Yaya Toure this season against Stoke. The past games have been disappointing with Fernando and Fernandinho in midfield, as of yet Fernando has achieved nothing to justify why we bought him. Fernandinho is a shadow of the player he was last year, Nasri being out injured has clearly been one factor that added to Yaya's absence and our struggles, David Silva has also been out injured so justifiably hasn't been anywhere near his magical form until now, Lampard is another question, why loan him if we aren't going to use him in the absence of Yaya Toure?  Navas is finally finding good form but until now had been appalling, James Milner has been a shining light in an otherwise dark moment for City and pretty much single-handedly kept us in the title ace for sure.

Sergio is back from injury and only just finding his form which is also understandable, Dzeko has barely started one match since October. Stevan Jovetic has been injured a fair bit but has also disappointed, being dropped from the Champions League was harsh but someone had to make way. It was only ever going to be Jovetic or Dzeko, Jovetic's injury record evidently came back to haunt him.

Vinnie has been poor by his very high standards to date, One definitive reason why we have struggled. Luckily for City and us City fans we've weathered the worst of the season, finally our players are starting to find form at the right time and pull it together, with Yaya Toure back and the exciting addition of Wilfried Bony finally arriving we are well on our way to take the fight to Chelsea.

Yaya has the uncanny ability to thread thread perfect passes through to the likes of Silva in the hole, he also links up well with Zabba making those runs in behind the full back. Fernandinho has attempted to take on this roll since Yaya has been away but he's struggled to find the right pass.

The other problem this season is that teams were finding a way to frustrate us by getting well organised and defending deeper by parking the bus, leaving us very little space to get in behind between the defenders and the goalkeeper. I know this is a dangerous game plan but it's making it difficult to get our attacking players goal side which is our strength. On many occasions we were limited to shooting from outside the box, which Yaya does best. We need to find a way to draw opponents out since they park the bus against us at home and sometimes away. Cough,Cough Chelsea.

I and CiTyBlUe are in agreement that we desperately need a plan B and C, CiTyBlUe is of the mind that Wilfried Bony will give us a plan B. We are also in agreement that our failings have not just been down to Yaya Toure being absent, but more that our players have been out of form and we have been dealt a few too many very bad decisions by match officials.

What's your opinion?, have your say.

Are The FA And Premier League Interfering? Arsenal Fallout, So Who's To Blame?

Everyone loves a conspiracy right?, So here's mine and you have probably also thought of the same thing many times yourself. Are domestic footballs governing bodies using referee's secret preferences to manipulate the outcome of domestic league football.

The Professional Game Match Officials Ltd, PGMOL for short are the body which appoint match officials for up coming fixtures. Now lets face facts here, referee's just like players and club staff all have their preferences. Each and every one of them have loyalty to one or three football clubs, would they be working in football as a sport if they had no interest or preference in it what so ever?

PGMOL are a separate entity to the Football Association and the Premier League, but with that said PGMOL are also owned by The FA and the Premier League.

Match Official Mike Dean was appointed for the City V Arsenal match recently played out, before the match Arsenal fans in their drones were complaining about Mike Dean being appointed. But why when Mike Dean has over seen Arsenal defeat many an opponent other than Liverpool?  After all Mike Dean is a from the Wirral.

I'm not the only football fan out there thinking the same thing that's for sure, Evidence Of The Manchester United Referee Conspiracy

Now last season Manchester City FC won the Barclay's Premier League title, but who suffered for it the most? Yes that's Mike Dean's Liverpool, sheer coincidence you say?

So far this season Mike Dean has officiated City 1 Chelsea 1, QPR 2 City 2 and most recently City 0 Arsenal 2. In all those matches he has screwed us over with poor officiating, DELIBERATELY poor.

The PGMOL will point to the fact they don't allow referee's to officiate clubs in their county of birth but that proves nothing, we all know a Liverpool, Arsenal, United or Chelsea fan can pretty much be born in Ireland, Cuba, Africa or Japan for instance.

Truth of the matter is since the introduction of Respect for match officials was put in place, we have seen and continue to witness the decline in match official performance. Add to that video evidence to suggest there's a lot more to it than meets the eye.

2014 Matches that Mike Dean has Officiated, Look at the pattern and witness for yourselves. He's over seen 2 convincing Chelsea wins this season, both matches I reran and both he played a huge part in the outcome.

Google 'Mike Dean celebrates'

The truth is Dean has no love for either Manchester City or United, Dean even famously went up against Alex Ferguson, it's clear Mike Dean has no liking for the Manchester and Trafford based clubs. Why would he after both clubs have inflicted misery upon Liverpool FC.

I must point out however that Dean's dislike for City has only recently developed due to the facts, City have up until now never been an issue or real threat to Liverpool, also that City have only just recently added to Liverpool's woes. Up until now Mike Dean had been pretty much unbiased towards us, but the fact remains that the PGMOL have history in trying to dictate the outcome of title fights.

I've always stressed though that to be a historically great club, you need to learn how to put 12 man teams to the sword and beat officials as well as opponents.

However although Mike Dean did manipulate the outcome of the game, I do not blame him for Manchester City losing. I believe the blame should be placed on a few of our players and Manuel Pellegrini and his coaches and one particular Arsenal player who was guilty of diving.

As far as I'm concerned after many many reruns of the incident, Vincent Kompany barely touched Arsenal's Nacho Monreal, Monreal deliberately ran into Kompany with full intention of diving. Monreal had no intention of getting to the ball, even Arsene Wenger eventually admitted that he initially thought it was a penalty, but was then told by someone that Arsenal were very lucky. Wenger stated he would review the incident based on that information. Moving on.

It's clear we had no plan B or C against Arsenal on our own turf, embarrassing in my opinion. To be honest I'm getting sick and tired of us always attacking, putting needless pressure on our defence. It's pretty clear Vincent Kompany is being negatively affected by it all, we still haven't solved our defencive issues yet and our constant attacking style is leaving us open to counter attacks.

When teams turn up and park the bloody bus, why do we go all gung ho, why don't we sit back and allow the enemy to open up and give us space. Why don't we counter attack with a two can play that game aye?

Manuel Pellegrini has always had my full support, in fact I and my City season card aunt (who attends almost every game possible despite serious illness (one of my idols) have on a few occasions disagreed over whether Pellegrini is good enough. Up until now I've seen past his mistakes in the hope he will adapt and improve, I'm just hoping he doesn't take as long as Arsene Wenger to wake up and realise he's just been made to look not so great after all.

One or two of our players need to step up as well, I'm not going to name their names but they know who they are. I'm not a fan of Afcon and quite frankly think it's a waste of time and pointless (Why haven't Africa come together as one nation already?), I'm quite honestly infuriated at losing Yaya Toure all the time to this poxy tournement and City suffering as a result but that's no excuse. Bottom line is with the players we have, we shouldn't be missing Toure's presence so much. Again to Pellegrini once more, why wasn't Lampard played from the start in the absence of Titan Toure instead of Fernando or Fernandinho who are both defencive midfielders?

It's pretty clear in my opinion that Pellegrini and his team need to adapt and adapt super fast if we are too retain our title. Work needs doing on our corners but I see that improving on the eventual arrival of Bony, another player we will suffer with at points due to the pointless Afcon, as well as the inability of whipping balls in from wide area's.

Karma's A Bitch, A.S.Roma And CSKA Moscow Pay For It, Manchester City Show There's No I In Team

First of all I'd like to say to my readers, apologies for the inactivity due to personal reasons but if any City fans wish to contribute then get in contact via thisxisxourxcity@gmail.com.

I seem to recall our official City tweeter tempting fate by highlighting Totti's lack of goals on English soil, well that came back to haunt us but then Roma's arrogance fired back and boy did it back fire on a big scale being knocked out of the Champions League by liccle old City.

Roma tweeted in return "Thanks for the hospitality last night @mcfc. Looking forward to seeing you in Rome. You've never won a European game in Italy, have you?"

No we hadn't and might I add especially not without our Captain Kompany, not without our Silva Wizard, not without our star striker Sergio Sergio and not without our Midfield Titan Yaya Toure.

Wait a minute didn't we just knock out Roma without the spine of our team, so no more A.S. Roma and see you next season if you qualify.

The next one is just sheer golden satisfaction at it's best, the one and only CSKA Moscow well well well.

I seem to recall them showing our club and players nothing but utter contempt and disrespect, I seem to remember Uefa reducing their punishment for RACISM. I also seem to recall Uefa allowing them to allow fans into the home game against Manchester City despite having a stadium wide ban.

There were also reports that they failed to provide adequate sustenance for our players after the match, after Yaya Toure reported CSKA fans for racism their club decided to deny the racism and support their blatantly guilty fan base.

In a way Sergio being out of action worked in our favour, it gave our lads the opportunity to finally face palm all our critics and shut up the anti City brigade once and for all.

Branding us a one man team, claiming all we have is a team of money grabbing mercenaries who don't play for the shirt. We have no soul and will never be as big as the rags, well they may be right with the later one. We have the potential to eventually be even bigger, our critics and opponents are either in awe of our new academy facilities or completely jealous and dismissive aka Jose Moronho who thinks Chelsea are the only club to produce successful youth players, apparently we don't?

I could go on and on but I'll leave it there as you get my drift, our lads really did do themselves, our club proud tonight. Tonight has to be up there with our title wins and cup wins, may not be as dramatic a feel but up there non the less. Pablo Zabaleta you never let us down and just keep on getting better and better, already a City Legend. Those 1500ish City fans were fantastic again as usual, for most of the match all I could hear were our fans in full voice, in not exactly a small stadium might I add.

If anyone fails to take us seriously now, they are either stupid or both stupid and bitter. Either way we don't care cos we're not really here. Special thanks to Samir Nasri, you rarely get the credit you deserve and have put those loud mouth Arsenal fans right in their place tonight.

Rat Face Gary Neville had us down for a 1-1 draw and possibly out of the Champions League, looking forward to his post match opinion.

Onwards and upwards, Comon City.

Message To Yaya Toure From A City Fan, Put Your Agent In His Place Or Request A Transfer Now

Dear Mr Yaya Toure,

I can't speak for all City fans but I can however speak for myself, after 30 odd years of support for Manchester City FC. It is not acceptable to force City fans to wait an entire World Cup to find out if this idiotic, money grabbing leech of an agent of yours is speaking the truth.

Lets say your agent is speaking the truth for a moment, then you need to get a grip, you just won the Barclay's Premier League for crying out loud. What more of a birthday present do you really want, your agent has mouthed off about your contribution to Manchester City FC demanding the club should show you more respect. There's no I in TEAM buddy, you had the club singing happy birthday on the plane to Abu Dhabi right?, what's more you all celebrated with cake too yes?

Lets say your agent was wrong to speak this rubbish on your behalf, then you need to sack the idiot right away and find a more mature and responsible agent. Either way you need to make a public statement now, confirming that your agent is either wrong or that you intend on leaving.

I'm open minded and like to believe that your agent's an idiot, and you did not in fact condone or authorise his interview with Sky Sports or any other media company. What you need to do now is show Manchester City FC and their fans some respect, after everything Manchester City have done for you to date.

Providing you and your brother Kolo Toure with the opportunity to play along side each other as team mates.

Giving you the opportunity of winning 2 Barclay's Premier League titles, 1 League Cup, 1 FA Cup and 1 FA Community Shield, how many times have you played at the most famous football stadium in the world Wembley?

How much money do you get paid each week?

You know very well that the Citizens respect you and appreciate your contribution to our club, we don't deserve to have to put up with your agent mouthing off or you making us wait.

I am aware you have stated via Twitter that we shouldn't believe anything that hasn't come from your mouth, your agent has dismissed your Twitter reply via Sky Sports.

There's no I in TEAM buddy, show us the respect we deserve, make a public statement before the World Cup ends. If you want to leave Manchester City then fine, the City faithful will wish you well so lets get this over with now.

Best regards

Jason TIOC

PFA, FWA Awards Are A Sham, Message To Yaya Toure To Stick It Too Them Once And For All And Help City To The Title.

The Barclay's Premier League isn't even over yet, and nasty cheating piece of work Luis Suarez has already been awarded PFA and football writers player of the season. It stinks of Gareth Bale's and Ryan Giggs's last awards, despite the fact they achieved nothing with their parent clubs in terms of trophies or titles in the same season they received the controversial awards.

The PFA and FWA awards are a total sham, lets face the fact here shall we. It's no real surprise Yaya Toure was nominated to save face but ignored in the end, I mean you can't really ask Supporters, Manager's, Player's and Writer's of opposing clubs to support a Manchester City player now can you. The fact is most clubs in England hate Manchester City to the core, just like they hated Chelsea when Abramovich started pumping millions into the club.

City's players are always going to be over looked, especially when our rivals are Liverpool, Man United, Arsenal or any other long established club including the likes of Everton and Tottenham Hotspur.

My advice to Yaya Toure is to help Manchester City win the Barclay's Premier League title, and stick it to the PFA, FWA, Premier League and opposing clubs once and for all. End it with a BANG!

Our Season Still A Success Despite Loss to Clattenburg FC And Possibly No Title

It doesn't get any more simple than the fact luck ran out on us, unlucky that Micah Richards would clash with our captain Kompany in training. Unlucky that Yaya would depart with an injury at the most important point in our title chasing campaign, Unlucky that we had our top goal scorer out for most of the season, I honestly believe that if Aguero never got injured he would have blown Sturridge and Suarez away and we may have well have already wrapped up the title.

Come the end of the season if it wasn't to be then we can thank one person for that, his name is Mark Clattenburg who has to be the worst referee to ever officiate for the English top flight. If anyone it was Clattenburg that beat Manchester City and not Liverpool, if they win the title Liverpool can thank their lucky stars Clattenburg helped them win it.

Keys decisions that went against Manchester City were the failed sending off of Luis Suarez for diving, after an initial yellow card for a prior offence. The failed booking of Sakho for his dangerous tackle on Dzeko, resulting in no penalty despite the fact Dzeko went down easy to avoid an injury.

Then there was Henderson's two footed challenge on Milner which was absolutely disgraceful despite Henderson making contact with the ball. It was clear to see Henderson was intending to follow through on Milner, as he quietly fist punched the air with a 'take that' expression.  This is one reason why the likes of England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales will never achieve anything, English, British players have no respect for each other's well being and allow loyalty to their club to cloud their better judgement.

And last but not least the dirtiest player currently plying his trade in the top flight, step up to the plate Mr Skrtel. How he gets away with it all the time is beyond baffling, it's like watching UFC and football at the same time. Then came the blatant hand ball incident where he punched the ball away from Garcia if I recall correctly, thus resulting in a second penalty call that Clattenburg failed to officiate correctly.

But at the end of the day apparently these things even themselves out during the course of a season, something I'm not quite sure is true when at times it can cost a club a title or survival but hey ho there you go.

On the upside we're about to smash Man  United's 51 year old record set by the Busby Babes, all we need is two more goals and we enter the record book as the club who scored the most goals in a single season.

We have some promising young players about to try break into the first team over the next season or two, most notably Dutch Left Central Defender Karim Rekik,  should Clichy or Kolarov depart, or if Lescott leaves and we don't replace him then Rekik will do just fine. Welsh Midfielder Emyr Huws also, Huws will count towards our home grown quota and has impressed of late and looks a promising young player indeed.

Poor officiating continues to be something that is top of my agenda to date, but I'm not going to let them ruin the entire season for me and I'll look on the bright side instead as should you. I just hope our club can weed out the weak ones and replace with competent, name no names and excluding those who have had horrid times with injury.

Mistakes were made and our luck ran out but the title fight is not over yet and there's still hope, so I'll prepare myself for next season while I watch the end of the show but should we fail to top the league there's always next season.

With that covered I must say Brendan  Rodgers claims that Liverpool are doing it the right way are both naive, ignorant and unintelligent to say the least. Liverpool have spent millions over the last so many seasons under the radar of Chelsea, Manchester City & Man United. IF they win the title then to suggest they won it the right way, would be ludicrously incorrect and ignorant. In fact once they qualify for the Champions League, I'll be watching how they cope with the FFP considering the financial mess they are in off the field.

Until then lets enjoy the fact our owner has helped us take yet another step towards financial sustainability with the development of our EDS and Under 18's teams flourishing with top young talent.

Improved progression in Europe, yet another season of Champions League football. A League Cup in the cabinet, A good manager in Mr Pellegrini who has had a full season to work out who does and who doesn't cut the mustard. Two competent men at the helm who know what they're doing and continue to improve us, as well as our stadium being built larger to accommodate growing demand for season cards and still our fans get more value for money than any other club in the country.

It's only a matter of time before we get it right without the help of luck and with the ability to beat official's like Clattenburg and Co on a regular basis.

P.s. If you think Sturridge is good, wait until you see who else we've produced at youth level.

Why I Became A City Fan, Who Really Are The Bitter Side, Manchester City or United!

Manchester City may have an owner with a vast amount of wealth, may have a list of super star players and potential super star youth on our books but. We are still the same old Manchester City we were when I were playing Subbuteo after school in the late 80s, you can see that even now by comparing us with our unwanted neighbours United over in the Metropolitan Borough of Trafford.

Even now despite the vast wealth and player power, despite the fact we have been top of the league for most part of the season. Our club are not setting targets or spouting our mouth's off in the media, about how we're going to do this and do that and win the title for sure. Our fans are not writing other clubs off for the title despite the fact in my humble opinion, that we are currently the strongest team in England at present.

Pro United Skysports reported, David Platt believes City's aim in the closing months of the season is simple enough - to win as many games as possible. When asked if he and manager Roberto Mancini had set a specific target, Platt said: "No. How can we do that? We could turn around and say we need x, but x might not be enough."

"We just go into every football match looking to get the points and we will see where it takes us."

Clearly we are a well grounded club and not under the illusion that we can just go out and win every single game because we are Manchester City. Unlike our unwanted neighbours who demand respect but disrespect all who stand before them.

Our club have always been a family club and always cared about its fan base, even now while our club challenges for the Premier League title. City are still charging far less than United are of their fans, they would rather alienate and disrespect their established fans in favour of plastic glory hunters with a wallet full of credit cards.

Alex Ferguson is no better than his clubs fans and players, their mindset is that they can turn over all who stand before them in the way of glory and have won before a ball is even kicked. They are not alone though for Spain have their own United in the form of Real Madrid, both sets of clubs fans have a high level of arrogance about them, so immersed in their own self importance and self worth that anyone or anything on the outside are beneath them.

For instance a club who a few of my friends support are in deep trouble and although they don't show it I know the pain they are feeling, Portsmouth FC are in trouble but you can find United fans among other clubs fans kicking them when they are down as we speak. I would not wish Portsmouth's problems on any other club accept on a club like United or Real Madrid, why? because they would deserve the lesson it would teach.

Their problem is that they have been up there for too long, they are infectious to anyone else who turns up to support their club.

Ferguson believes scheduling of TV fixtures will hamper our challenge and that experience is the key to winning the title?, is that the same key that Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Blackburn used to steal the trophy from your trophy cabinet full of trophies bought with cash?

Clearly I can not speak for the City fans who joined the ranks after the Thaksin reign without connection to Manchester, but I can honestly say it is not in the nature of pre Thaksin City fans to be arrogant.

Are we bitter?

I can honestly say that if I were in fact bitter then it would only be for one reason, that United pretend to be us in the form of the true representative of our City of Manchester.

I couldn't care less about anything United have achieved over the past so many decades, I couldn't care less about their trophy and title haul. All I care about is firstly my family and secondly Manchester City, care about us taking our rightful place in world football as true representatives of Manchester.

Id like to believe I chose to support Manchester City because they were the true club of Manchester and the City of my family, forgetting that my late father and grandmother were United fans. But in all honesty I believe City chose me from the day I were introduced to the world, one thing I was not prepared for would come to pass last year.

From that day I never looked back and as soon as I could spend my own money I went out to buy my first Subbuteo team, I had to wait almost 3 months for the shop to order Manchester City. Borrowing my friends Luton Town team until they arrived, when they did I could not wait to face off with a school resident rag. Game on!

I was happy to see our derby match in the same year (1989) end in our favour, I'd lost the game 5-3 but City went on to destroy United at Maine Road by 5 goals to 1. I miss the old retro City badge!

Peter Schmeichel has joined the ranks of ex United players to claim that Manchester City will bottle the title challenge, very vocal these rags ain't they.

I never paid much attention to United despite knowing they were winning titles, As I mentioned before I honestly couldn't care less what they did or what they won. If I did care then I probably would have been a rag, but it was as simple as I wasn't so I didn't. While I listened and watched my beloved City on the Radio and TV, I were oblivious to anything else within football other than our national side.

The only thing you could possibly accuse me of would have been ignorance, the only time I paid any attention to any other club were when we played them.

While most admired and looked up to midfielders and forwards, I found myself paying more attention to defenders like Paul Lake, Keith Curle and Alf-Inge Haaland. That was until Shaun Goater turned up, the man that put Gary stinking rat face Neville well and truly in his place.

Gareth Barry, Nigel Dejong, Vincent Kompany and Yaya Toure are my favourite players but Yaya would have to be my favourite player of them all right now, he underestimates his value and seems a very humble and level headed guy.

United have lied to the world for two long and I believe the only truly bitter people are United fans, I think the fact we are back in business and back in European competition riles them. Our very existence proves Manchester have never been United, our name speaks for itself not to mention the fact we were named Manchester before United and paraded by the Lord Major of Manchester back in the day.

They have tried to use the Munich disaster to put a spin on their name, as if to make the statement that Manchester is United only, they neglected the families who suffered from loss in that tragedy. They have even used it against us as a publicity stunt to try belittle Manchester City, but live on TV for the world to see, Manchester City fans defied United to prove they were wrong.

We did nothing to warrant them taunting us as much as they did, a majority of the time we were in different leagues but still they taunted us with their self proclaimed importance.

There's a huge difference between taunting and banter.

If we really were the bitter side then it would only be because of the taunts and the lie United stands for, though I strongly believe it is United who are the bitter party. Bitter that we are showing the world all United amount to is the biggest fat lie in world football, bitter that we are now back to knock them off their perch.

I was torn from Manchester and my family for a long time due to my father serving in the Royal Navy, only recently I were reunited and stunned to find I was far from not alone in my devotion to our beloved Manchester City.

I always knew Manchester were more blue but this just confirmed that I followed the right path, which were confirmed even more so when I found out my dad supported City when he were a kid.

I could have followed the same path but then I thought 'do I really want to follow a lie?'

The latest ex rag to spout their mouth off is Andy Cole, while his son Devante plays for us in our reserves, Andy runs with "The United City rivalry only become so intense this season and the back end of last season. Manchester City have the financial resources. And that has helped them get some good players to push on to try and win a Premiership. But when you talk about rivalry over the last year and a half, rivalry has been Liverpool."

"Liverpool have always been our main rivals when it comes to championships and we passed them by one championship. That has always been the biggest rivalry."

OK Andy what ever you say, same old same old rag record, not Bitter, just Richer!

They hate us that much they have to use Liverpool as an excuse to brush us off, they have been doing it for decades so what difference would it make even now when we are starting to break their records and outplay them.

Is it hilarious that on Newsnow.co.uk whenever City win only the odd one publishing about it appears on United's news feed, but when United win hundreds of publishings about it appear on Manchester City's feed.

It is because the rag media, the rag run papers, rag blogs and rag boards are all that bitter and obsessed that they can not bare to not tag Manchester City despite the fact the article has nothing to do with us.

In all honesty we have all the time in the world, where as how much time do United have left?

I knew Spurs would crumble against United, I mean they haven't beat United in over ten years. When you see us destroy United 1-6 and Championship sides knock United out of cups, it puts Spurs inability to beat United in the book of most disgraceful records in football.

Even now when Spurs are at their strongest fighting for Champions League football, they still can not beat United, TEN YEARS? could be something fishy going on there don't you think?

Now that United have been ousted for lying to the world, their fans have started to put a spin on their clubs name. Apparently it stands for their global fan base?, say what?

Well if we win this seasons Premier League title, we will have done it with no help from the rest of the Premier League that's for sure. Despite the fact United are weaker than they have ever been the majority have just sat back in defence and let United do their thing as usual, the same can not be said for the majority against Manchester City.

Which would make winning the title a very very sweet thing indeed, the FA even tried their hand at derailing us with aid from referee's but failed thus far.

Gary rat face Neville couldn't help himself stating that if they could beat Spurs then, United would win the title? Arrogance?. What about the remaining 11 teams to play including Manchester City?

The writings on the wall!

United's Childishness Proves There Is More To United's Relationship With Everton

I have spoken about teams that role over like whore's against United on more than one occasion, well Everton are one of them teams only beating United 3 times since 1994 out of 39 meetings.

I have also spoken about how close both clubs are behind the scenes, only now I believe the link between the two to be more than just close.

That is 20 years in the Premier League and all Everton could muster was 3 wins despite being a top five club, in the old Division One it was a different story altogether which I find is highly suspicious.

I also believe Ferguson and Moyes are on more than the same page, without even pointing to the fact they are both Scots. Since 2002 Everton have only beaten United TWICE in NINETEEN meetings, again they were at that point a top five club.

But like the title states, Everton are a non story with a dated stadium and narrow pitch designed to accommodate their own boring style of play, what ever floats your boat aye.

I did not watch the game vs Everton because despite our apparent poor display all round against them, the referee always seems to play their part in continuing the tradition of giving Everton advantage at home rather than balance the field against us.

The facts and evidence are really out there for all to see which proves my points, which is why I know without a shadow of doubt that my sanity it 100% intact.

Despite that I believe our players and Mancini let us down big time, we should have destroyed them with the players we had but we failed.

In turn we gave up a three point lead to the low life scumbags in Trafford and now have to deal with the fall out.

If you think I have seriously last my way then explain this, which I believe should be investigated by the FA but will probably be ignored.

After ex-United player Gibson scored against us, United manager Sir Alex Ferguson then commented: 'It was all part of the plan.'

Daily Mail Article

You could say I am reading into it to much but still, such action should still be investigated.

Evidence certainly does point to Everton being Uniteds rent boy.

With that said I am a little hacked off, with what I have read of what Yaya Toure has had to say about our recent issues. This is what Yaya had to say:

"I've suffered watching the games on the TV and it's my natural instinct to help my team-mates," he admitted.

"The defeats have been painful because I wanted to win three titles but I don't think it's because of my absence. I'm not indispensable."

Clearly some of our players need to wake up and Yaya is top of that list, he should be well aware we do not have a player in his position to accommodate his absence, which is why we are chasing Roma's David Pizarro.

If Kolo Toure was not also away on International duty we would not have played the mistake prone Savic, so how in the hell can Yaya stand there and say their absence did not affect our recent problems.

OK a large part of our problem was caused by suspicious and bias amateurish referee's but, the loss of Kolo and Yaya has certainly played its part.

Which is why I believe Yaya's comments to be insulting and unrealistic.

As for Mancini well this has been in my opinion his last mistake used up and he will be lucky not to lose his job if we fail to win the league title.

We should have had cover for Kolo and Yaya from the start of the season, and we should have given one or two of our younger players a crack at the whip namely John Guidetti and Harry Bunn.

If a players does not think they are important to the team and club then, what is the point being at that club?

Mancini will need to get a grip of this mess now before it is too late.
