TIOC Catch Up, The Media Never Let Up, Nir Biton Promising, Carlos Tevez Rejuvenated, Adam Johnson's Fresh Start

From David Silva being tapped up by Real Madrid to Carlos Tevez being chased by AC Milan,  will they ever stop talking a load of tripe and actually do their job properly instead of writing up rubbish to sell papers and increase traffic?

The last to be touted was Nigel Dejong to Bayern Munich, but every die hard Manchester City fan knew he was not on tour because of an injury. That didn't stop the media painting the picture that he was being left at home due to interest from Munich. I mean who they trying to kid aye! Took at least two weeks before a representative of Bayern Munich poked his head out of their hole, to deny any interest in or contact with Dejong or Manchester.

Just watched the Arsenal, Manchester game held in Deijing at the 2008 Olympic birds nest stadium, supposed to be a friendly match but Arsenal were once again gunning for as much revenge as they could get.

City played the patient game while Arsenal chased, in the second half we allowed Arsenal to play their game giving them too much space and still they could not break a defence consisting of our fringe players. They pretty much reserved themselves to long range shots, quite strange listening to the commentator pronouncing their names one after the other. The majority of their British youth must be at the bottom of the barrel.

Anyways the same can't be said for Manchester, England striker Harry Bunn is patiently waiting for his chance to shine, while the giant of a trialist, 20 year old Israeli Nir Biton impressed us all. A defencive midfielder by trade showed some clean attacking threat against the Arse, you could say class prevailed over Arse.

Nice to hear Carlos Tevez settle in once more but I am under no illusion it will last until the end of his playing career. At least for now he and his family are happy, he's enjoying football once again and willing to knuckle down and help Manchester achieve more success.

Good to hear Adam Johnson pledge a fresh start, ready to improve more and concentrate on contributing to the team. He has stated he has no intention of quitting Manchester, lets hope he can cut out the wild nights out. "We won the title, which was the main thing, but you want to feel you've played a part

I start my bid for the 2014 World Cup from now".

Well written CiTyBlUe. Seeing the photos of Nir Biton & co. hanging around in a lounge on City's website made me think what quite a shock it must be for him. One minute playing in Israel, the next you're team mates with Yaya Toure, Carlos Tevez etc. playing against a motivated Arsenal in front of 50,000 loud chinese at the Bird's Nest. I guess when important moments in your life come, they come quick.
