Almost fantastic performance fit for the Champions League, only fault was the lapse in concentration towards the last 30 minutes of the match until Tevez sealed his third goal on the 90th minute.

For the first 60 minutes I was absolutely delighted on the edge of my seat, Carlos Tevez jabbing at Blackburns defence with his float like a butterfly, sting like a bee routine. A hat trick and Tevez is on fire which is more than can be said for how our stinking neighbours treated him, this sends a very strong message in the Scots direction that he got it all wrong and Manchester City once again roar.

Micah richards made me proud, everytime I see the enemy running full throttle trying to unease one of our players I scream at the player "face him and beat him", and what did he do?, Richards took on the whole Blackburn squad like a bull in a china shop roaring through Rovers midfield ripping them apart to try set up an onside Benjani and Richards was there to knock home a rebound off the post.
