This is our City: Consistency Will Be Our Biggest Challenge, If A Lack Of Consistency Can Not Stop Us Then Nothing Or No One Can!

Consistency Will Be Our Biggest Challenge, If A Lack Of Consistency Can Not Stop Us Then Nothing Or No One Can!

Only winning consistency will earn us the Premier League title, certain clubs will sooner or later run out of steam and have a blip or two. But with the squad we have I just can not see us stalling, our strength and depth are area's of which no other club in the league can match.

You're probably thinking this is a bias opinion and that may well be true but, based upon facts it is. Many are pointing to our defense as our weakness only, those forget we had the joint strongest defense in the league along side Chelsea last season before acquiring Stefan Savic and Gael Clichy.

OK on occasion we have still shown nervous moments at the back at times but, that will iron out as the season progresses. Consistency will be our biggest challenge and although it would be nice to win the Champions League in our first season, that would be a tall ask after considering clubs like established Barcelona (deleted United from the list), a really good run is all I am expecting.

I'd much rather us rip the English Premier League title away from United, maybe even do a double and win the FA Cup again.

Have to say its an utter joy to watch our players at this very moment, they really seem to be enjoying their football with Nasri and Aguero firing on all cylinders and the exciting part is that we are only going to get better but. I really do hope we get to see Stefan Savic alongside Vincent Kompany as soon as possible, I know Lescott has had a few good performances but at times he costs us reminding me of Richard Dunne (good but not great).

Will be interesting to see who replaces Cook for the long term, 40 odd years since we graced Europe's elite competition and the current elite clubs dislike us before we have even kicked a Champions League ball. 'Grinning'
