Rosler On The Ball, Kompany For Captain, Kia Blaming City And Dzeko Wants In

City legend Uwe Rosler has joined us in stating Carlos Tevez should be stripped of his captaincy.

Stunned by Tevez's behaviour Rosler told Radio Manchester: "I like players who want to play for the manager. I would let him go as long as the price is right. City have to get the money back for him.

"They are fortunately in a very good position regarding the owners and replacing Tevez. In the long term it is important that every player is totally committed to City.

Who better to take the captaincy than Vincent Kompany, some are and were calling for Nigel Dejong to be named captain including me but I have had a change of opinion and think Vincent Kompany is the ideal choice.

Dejong has enough pressure already without handing him the captaincy, being our brick wall he is front of the queue and first in the firing line for the famous red card. A captain should command from the back and have a clear view of what is going on in the game, this only strengthens the choice of making a center back the capitan and we have no better candidate than Vincent Kompany.

The Carlos Tevez saga rumbles on and now his agent, Kia Joorabchain has chosen to blame City for the situation. According to Kia, Carlos Tevez was promised certain things that have not been delivered by the club, Carlos has been paid his wages and been allowed to jet off and visit his family when requested so what more could have been promised exactly?

As far as I am concerned the only possible promise that has not been delivered to date is the fact that we missed out on the Champions League last season, Tevez has done nothing since then but promise us that he is happy and not going anywhere. If promises have been broken then it is Carlos that has broke them, as far as I am concerned City have done nothing but help Tevez all we can.

City need to start kicking agents to the curb and I for one will be happy to see Carlos Tevez leave City, after all he is not the only world class striker out there.

If this rumour is to be believed and its not far from believable then we are in luck, for one striker is crying out to play for us.

Step up one Edin Dzeko, it has been revealed that Wolfsburg striker Dzeko sent a letter to senior executives at Manchester City FC, expressing his admiration for City and his gratitude for their efforts to buy him in the last transfer window.

Lets hope City do what it takes to bring Dzeko to Manchester, with that said Vincent Kompany has confirmed there is no disharmony at Manchester City FC.

We need all players on board and willing to play for City rather than players throwing demands around and having strops, It is time to up root the rot and replace with fresh seeds before it ruins our season.

  1. Nice summary of the news today there.

I hope that for the most part it is all true. I think Tevez should be made to stay until the Summer and should only be allowed to leave if an offer of £50 Million is shelled out. He can then go and do a couple of years somewhere else and Whine for half of it.

I'd have Dzeko any day but as a backup Barrios seems to be someoen we should also look to get until Mario sorts his head out.

In January we need to rid ourselves of: Adebayor, Caicedo and very reluctantly RSC who for me deserves a chance if he can stay injury free. Jo has got his head down which I am pleased about so we should keep him. Others to go if we can get rid are Etuhu and I guess Shay will want a go. Again I am reluctant with Shay he's a good guy like Rocky.

The summer will need another sweep out and I can see WB, Nedum, Bellers, Gonzalez and Paddy V retiring from the game.

Anyway Vinny is right we have nothing to be disheartened about, look at our players.. Come on, even without Tevez at this point in time we can take anyone on.

    Happy Christmas Blues

Tevez will stay until the Summer unless Real Madrid or Barcelona come in for him in January, whether they do or not remains to be seen but I would not care if he went in January or the Summer tbh.

To me Jo will not amount to anything other than a bit part player and is only taking up a place on the squad sheet that could be better filled by a better player.

I agree RSC deserves another shot but whether he gets it remains to be seen, When Tevez and Adebayor leaves then i'd rather us sell Jo Alves and keep RSC.

Ultimately what we need to do is fully back Mancini to the hilt, he will get us to the promised land eventually.

After Tevez leaves City should look for more players that are ambitious and not just after a big pay day, like Adebayor, Jo and Yay Toure.

I think it is a little extreme to accuse Yaya as not being ambitious, I fully back the purchase of Yaya Toure and he is only now proving his worth in a more advanced role for City.

I agree with Adebayor and Jo though.

Didnt take long for the chumps running Republik of Mancunia and Truelt Red to start laying claim to the Tevez Saga, They have it in their pea sized brains that Tevez is wanting out because City failed to lure Rooney. Only there is no truth in City ever contacting Rooney or any representative which totally throws out any real truth in the rumour, and that is all it ever was, a rumour which only a tumor would take in.

Thats all they really are over at Republik of Mancunia and Trule Red, a bunch of lowlife tumors.
