There is not a bitter bone in my body of that I am completely and utterly sure, but will accept that hatred and disgust for United is very much alive.
Some are delusional when speaking about rivalry as if it is healthy as it can be just as unhealthy, there is no such thing as rivalry without hatred or disgust. It is not wrong to feel hatred and disgust for someone just like its not wrong to feel loving and caring for another. The action or lack of action that follows such emotions are what count and we ultimately decide what is healthy or unhealthy when it comes to emotions.
Friendly banter is a term used by the confused as there is nothing friendly about banter other than the delusional few who believe their banter is a harmless bit of fun, some hide behind the term banter as if it gives them birth right to get away with as much as they can and when that happens some go further even to the extreme.
I am a man who hates United and will even stretch a little hate for Spurs, Arsenal and Stoke too, a man who knows right from wrong and understands that the hate stops where it should at a mental stage. I believe my unquestionable support to my beloved club would be questionable if I did not feel the complete set of emotions of a true football fan, passion is a key ingredient as without passion any sport would be dull and lifeless.
I do not care for what other clubs have won or achieved and I do not care for lame childish jokes from the mouthes of idiots, all I care for is seeing the true club of Manchester rightfully take its place in world football. Seeing our beloved club rise from the ashes and achieve obsolute glory, enjoying every moment of it as we live it and sharing that with my fellow fans.
Im an English law-abiding Citizen with a passion for football but theres two things I just can not tolerate and they are cheating and a cheating Englishman.
One would be Wayne Rooney, he spent the whole Derby match on the shoulder of Atkinson only to temporarily pop off to successfully deceive Atkinson into thinking a certain City player fouled him only for Wayne Rooney to comically jump up and run around smiling after going down and getting a City player booked. Or was it all planned?
The pathetic part was hearing Bacon Face Alex Ferguson try and imply that Rooney was trying to save a City player from being booked or sent off even.
The truth is United should have received a minimum of 3 yellow cards in the first 45 minutes but Atkinson failed at his job completely, he chose to wave on the incidents and proceeded by booking City players in the second half for less.
The whole thing smacked of the usual United old-guard cheating and a corrupt referee intent on making an impact.
With that said why will City have the last laugh and why will City be the last one standing?
I have done the sums and mark my words carefully, there is not a sane businessman or woman on this planet willing to buy out the glazer family.
Alex Ferguson will soon depart to prepare for his departure to the hot hot pit of hell and so will follow those three little puppets ala Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville into retirement.
The drug taking looking like a heroine addict Rio Ferdinand is on his last leg along with Edwin Van Der Sar so theres another big blow to follow.
And what will they be left with once Mr Nemanja Vidic leaves and mark my words again, he will be leaving very early on.
When all this takes affect very soon, United's value will drop considerably and when that happens you will have a club in mass debt and of less value, who in their right mind would buy into that unless their a bunch of dumb United fans with more money than sense.
United fans better get all the laughs and jokes in while it lasts because once life has dictated we will be shoving it back down their throats with much delight and enjoyment.
When it does happen and it will happen, we will be ready but will you be.
My advice to fellow City fans 'if your not already' would be, be patient as our time is coming.
We will have the last laugh.
Perfect start to a Wednesday morning mate! I'm with you on all your comments!!!

Not really worth a comment. A life long City fan, who doesn't need to deal in hate.

Reply: I dont know
life long?, Maybe you were one of the select few before even my time of 1975 that supported both sides which would explain exactly why.
My family never supported both sides, split down the middle sure but never both red and blue, you can guess the side I chose.
Or maybe your a new age City fan that does not understand the root of it all.
Who knows?, either way you have your say just like everyone else.
We'll have 'em, don't worry. At the moment, playing them is a bit like Groundhog Day, but even Groundhog Day ends! We're on the up, they re heading the other way, with the major problem of Ferguson going at some point. And if Busby was difficult to replace, stalking the corridors of OT for years to come, it will be decades in Widow Twankey's case.
ReplyDeleteSteady the Blues.
1 thing i hate is bitterness and you have bags of it, moron.

Yeh Whatever keeps you warm at night aye, i sleep well every night knowing what the future holds.
The raw emotion of hate needs to be channelled, so that we do not loose focus on the big picture. Stoke's long throw game p me off, Self opinionated inconsistent refs also p me off big style, as do United's good time Charlie fans.
ReplyDeleteI just know that the force is flowing to City, and unless United and Lpool get equal backing, they will be loosing ground, even more rapidly.
Good analysis, however you missed the Rooney question. Once the club is on a dive, then glory in Madrid or Barcelona will certainly be calling. So don't think that Rooney is a permanent fixture. We have seen this season that without Rooney, United are a mid-table side.
ReplyDeleteFurther, who will take over from Smart Alex? Well put your money of Moyes of Everton. He suits the situation. United are a looking at a future of mid-table mediocrity, having lost their top level talent, and no money. That combination is what Moyes is used to handling at Everton, so he will be a perfect fit. Plus Smart Alex won't want to walk off into the sunset; he'll want to hang around. Morinho would never stand for a meddling old Scot on his back, but Moyes would. So mid-table and Moyes it is.
soon there will be a dark cloud over old trafford and it won't be anything to do with that volcano! LGHU
ReplyDeleteThats right Jon, channel is the word and mine is being positively packed in a box to be shipped off and transformed into much deserved torment.
ReplyDeleteTo be opened and put to good use on the day it really starts going pear shaped over at the old swampy scaffold in Trafford.
Purple konk nose the theatre of debt is about to crumble.......rags now realise their days are numbered, they are about to set off on a journey, a long slide to oblivion. As we pass them on our way up dont forget to tilt your hat and shout...and yep fuck you.....and wish em all the worst.....
ReplyDeleteI looking forward to being a smug prawn sandwich eater and saying the derby is thier cup final. Hope Fergie stays on as it will be good to see him gnashing his teeth. Shame Brooking is no longer around as would luv to hear him calling us Manchester. Also can't wait to hear luvley "Lawro" saying we are Title contenders. The dream is on!
