F Leg Carling Cup Aftermath, Manchester City 2 - 1 United Get What They Deserve But Its Not Over Yet

2 - 1

Speaking to Skysports Alex Ferguson seemed to try shake off the loss against City, by not being his usual self but instead by being humble while suggesting the result is nothing to worry about.

Baconface puts the analysis down to the fact, there will be 76 thousand United fans cheering them on fergy said, only to my knowledge Old Scaffold only holds around a 75,797 capacity. So with that said and knowing Manchester City have been allocated 9,000 tickets surely United will be breaking the law, either that or Fergy is actually loosing his marbles due to old age.

The other fact being that it is Old Trafford, United's home ground in the second leg.

More like the United fans will be cheering for the Glazers to get lost lmao.

Old Baconface also dismissed the loss of Carlos Tevez as just one of those things that happen in football saying "quite a few players that leave us have also scored against us."

Seems to me like the Scot expected his own club to win tonite.

The Daily Mail's Graham Poll had his say on Mike Deans choice to award City a penalty and uses Evertons penalty award as an example, clearly he is either a United fan bitter and twisted or just someone against the rise of Manchester City?.

Whether both were penalties or not, one thing is for sure and that is both were almost identical scenario's. Even Baconface was humble enough to admit it can go either way and United know that more than anyone considering all the referee's Fergy has had in his back pocket.

"Decisions have gone against us today, might come some other day, who knows" Fergy told Skysports.

Two things we were all waiting for came thick and fast, after watching Gary 'past it patsy' Neville celebrate Owens goal by running at City fans as an unused player in the last derby.

Carlos Tevez made Neville choke on his words to the English press stating Fergy was right to not sign Carlos Tevez.

Tevez celebrated infront of Fergy and the United bench with great delight only for the Tv camera's to catch Gary 'past it patsy' Neville sticking one finger up at Carlos Tevez.

Gary already had a warning for his inappropriate celebration, now he should soon receive punishment if the FA actually do their job right for once.

On a good note we should actually look at this result as it is, a positive advantage as we were not even at full strength missing, Lescott, Toure, Bridge, Adebayor, Santa Cruz and Petrov.

We should have Adebayor, Petrov and fingers crossed one or two of our defenders back for the second leg, there is still a chance Bobby Manc could draft in a player in the coming days.

Our fans were fantastic though I dont know about you but at points in the game I was left nervous and shaking by the hesitation our players can not quite shake off just yet. United were allowed far to much time and space and we should not have played so deep in our own half so heres hoping Bobby Manc will have learnt one lesson from this and that is, you can not sit back against a club like United.

Thanks lads for not allowing United to beat us but please please shake of the hesitation and stop breaking under pressure, we need to keep up the killer instinct and show no mercy.

First of all I make it a strict policy to not publish comments like this one above, a Man United fan has left but wish to make a statement.

You come on here and question my/our lack of class only your the people with no class who have been throwing abuse and mockery for decades.

You are a disgrace to the human race but it is to be expected from United fans of today, any honour, respect and dignity United fans had went out the window in 1976.

Oh and before I forget, whats wrong with Stockport?, go google Longsight, Manchester where I grew up.
