This is our City

Forth Place Will Go To The Wire, Villa, Spurs, Liverpool And City All Still In With A Chance

Obviously Spurs and City are ahead by a game in hand but to say the pressure is on City is daft, former City defender Richard Dunne believes City have the most to loose when Aston Villa visit Eastlands but that is way far from reality.

It is only the matter of one more season before Manchester City challenge for the Premier League so I would say the pressure is more on tail chasers like Spurs and Villa.

Lets have a look at our last lot of fixtures:

Manchester City: Villa, Spurs, West Ham

Spurs: Bolton, M City, Burnley

Villa: M City, B Rovers

Liverpool: Chelsea, Hull

Currently Spurs are in pole position with everything to loose, for them to walk away with forth spot all they need do is win all of their last three fixtures.

City are close behind minus one point just waiting for Spurs to slip up and stringy lanky Crouch hit it on the head when stating its all down to the Spurs v City encounter but only if City can over-turn Villa first Mr Crouch.

Villa will need both Spurs and City to loose atleast one game to have any chance of qualifying for the Champions League so they be the rank outsiders right now but never say never.

Liverpool will need to win both their last two fixtures and hope Spurs, Villa and Manchester City loose or draw their last lot of fixtures so that makes them even more rank outsiders than Villa.

So its in my opinion completely wide open and I must say the most exciting season for me since we won promotion to div one with Nicky Weaver against Gillingham.

I must say I will not be disappointed with 5th on the basis we will break the top three next season for sure with the right aquisitions, we have come a long long way and still have a lot of work to do.

Would you dare try predict the possible outcome?

Who do you want to see take forth?
