Where do they get it from?, that ability to think without common sense, will Manchester City FC ever be stopped from entering Europe is my question and why I think Not is the answer.
Manchester City FC owned by one Arabian Royal has no registered debt with an outside business such as a bank or other business. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan has already invested a large unknown sum into the regeneration program around the City of Manchester Stadium at Eastlands.
There are many other ways of injecting money into a business instead of loans, Sheikh Mansour has also financed a global youth academy project headed by once City youth academy Messiah Jim Cassell.
The Michel Platini Ruling states that any football club not breaking even will not be allowed to take part in Uefa competition, does this or should this concern us City fans?
The only reason City were down £93 Million were due to the large scale player aquisition however with the proposed Stadium capacity increase in the pipeline, ticket revenue will continue to rise and so will club merchandise revenue.
Within the next three years City will grow and Manchester City will break even, three years is a long time and that is why I believe this is nothing for City fans to worry about.
The Daily Mail continue to go on about how most of Platini's ruling is common sense but have failed to see Manchester City FC are not in debt, Sheikh Mansour wiped out any existing debt after purchasing City.
According to again The Daily Mail, Platini's law will not allow club owners to loan money to their club but will this really affect City?, common sense clearly states that Sheikh Mansour can do what ever he likes as he owns the club slash business, and if that means investing more cash into his business then he will find a way of doing so within any law Uefa can muster.
There are plenty of ways to invest without dishing out loans and there is plenty of time to break even, if there is anything I have learned its that the Arabians are shrewd masters in the world of business unlike some Premier League club owners in Trafford.
In my opinion there is absolutely nothing to worry about for any City fan.
