England Fans Booing And Attacking Raheem Sterling Are Embarrassing, Should Be Ashamed Of Themselves
It's quite pathetic if you look at it with clear understanding, the first time England fans started jeering and booing Raheem Sterling was after he signed for Manchester City. So the England fans doing so from the start have a hidden agenda and are more than likely Liverpool fans. Any other England fan joining in are just opportunistic crowd following embarrassments. I'm English and an England fan and I have to say it's embarrassing, foremost I'm a Manchester City fan if you hadn't already guessed. While the likes of Rio Ferdinand and Gary Neville took to the field for England I put aside my issues because they were England players and not United players. You can point to the fact Sterling hasn't performed well enough but, I'll point to the fact you aren't jeering and booing the other England players who have under performed just as much if not worse.
What about Wayne Rooney aye, how long did it take before he performed in any World Cup? Never. But England fans never get on his back like the way they're doing with Sterling, this is clear and blatant bitter and envious opportunism of the highest order and you should be ashamed of yourselves. That includes the likes of bitter Arsenal fan Piers Morgan with his pathetic tweets or Betting Company Corals opportunistic smart ass tweets. Yes every ones entitled to their opinion but, there's such a thing as taking it too far. Like Liverpool fans threatening Sterling's young Daughter and his Girlfriend on Twitter, the British Media on his back all the time.
Constantly pointing too his transfer fee and claiming he's under performed for Manchester City. When in fact Sterling matched his 11 goals and 10 assists record he set at previous club Liverpool with Manchester City the season just gone, despite playing 5 less matches and scoring slightly more in the Champions League. The low lives need to get off Sterling's back and stop embarrassing England, England have enough to deal with via the British Media without the fans turning on our players. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

ReplyDeleteLiverpool fan?
DeleteDidn't take the Scousers long http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2016/06/12/liverpool-fans-react-on-twitter-to-sterlings-england-performance/?
ReplyDeletei think that.u are too into man city.and you pea brain....liverpool fans do not have that mentality .. even he stabbed us in the back by asking for the transfer.. it was like chasing out your mother for your wife...but we took in the chin and therefore back off telling it is the liverpool fans...it might be some idiots who hates middle east money or people who just saw the whole affair of his transfer not worthwhile supporting him..and frankly if i ever see him..i would spit at him..anyway i am an england supporter..i dun think u r.. seems like u re more raheem sterling fan..and by the way..it was a liverpool player who passed himthe ball..and stop talking of liverpool just to hide your players previous actions..
ReplyDeleteLMAO look mate Sterling isn't worth as much as MC paid for him. I like Sterling, I really do but to say he's worth more than... Ibrahimovic, Kaka, Cavani, Tevez, Ozil, Ronaldo, Aguero, Buffon, Benzema, Higuain, Firmino, Gotze, Robben, Vidal, D. Alvez, X. Alonso, Willian, Turan, Dzeko, Oscar, Danilo. (The list continues forever...)
ReplyDelete...is too funny. Sure, I'll say he mimicked last season statistically; however he was always playing second-fiddle to "a bigger," name that was at Liverpool. Which is important to highlight, I see him now being put into roles he doesn't fit; he's a pacey winger but going forward he lacks an end product and his crossing/passing accuracy has definitely declined since City brought him. Maybe it's a problem with the training camp, how they set up, who he's playing with - who knows?
All that is certain is there IS a problem.
For starters I never said he was worth the price, second it's United that inflated the transfer market for English players the moment they paid £29 million for Ferdinand, they set the trend, it was Liverpool who demanded the fee so why don't you go take it out on them aye. Of course he hasn't progressed because he's played a bit part and out of position but, he's still equal led his record despite that so you all need to back off. Guardiola will arrive on the 1st of July, let's see what happens then aye. Anyway you're clearly not a City fan so he's not your problem anymore is he.
DeleteFirmino? Why do these tards keep harping about a player who the stats show clearly had a worse season than Sterling? Both got 11 goals which is apparently good for one but not the other, even thaough the other got those goal in around 500 minutes less! More assist s for sterling, a much better pass completion % rate and I mean much! A more key passes as well yet look at this dimp! Firmino? He's better not in FA except pool fans heads not stats which is the only thing you can make an argument out of, not yer es better lar lol Again nearly 500 minutes less!!!!
DeleteEveryone is entitled to their opinion; you're expressing yours and the English fans were expressing theirs last night. Undoubtedly Sterling playing on the left of a front three was awful last night; he failed to dove tail with Rose, he lacked pace, ideas and most importantly an end product. Watch the game again and you'll note that most of the threat came from England's right; Lallana and Walker. As for Sterlings price, yes Liverpool asked for £49m, however Man City decided to pay it.... I'm sure you'll agree that City did not have to buy him at £49m; always cheaper alternatives out there. Sterling has regressed since he left LFC and lack the technical ability the Pepe likes in his players; I don't see it working out for him, that said his agent Addy will be happy, more more commission and signing on fees...
ReplyDeleteExpressing theirs? They've been booing him at every single England match Sterling has played since leaving Liverpool, don't give us that bucket of chum. Their booing ans jeering has little to do with Sterlings performances and you know it, even if he had a great game and scored a few they would still boo the lad.
DeleteAs for it being City to blame that's bollocks, name one other England Winger as good as if not better that City could have signed for less, I'll laugh in your face because every single club would have held out for it. I'm going to enjoy watching Sterling succeed under Pep, he hasn't been put up for transfer yet and is better than Navas see he will up his game and stick it up you.
How has sterling 'regressed' if he did beter than last year? Surely anyone with half a brain can see if you done better than alll previous years you've acctually progressed. you are typical of the bitter neanderthal s that just hate for the sake of it, hoping, praying for him to flop. Go and find another 20/21 year old right sided player who got better stats than sterling last year. The when you're struggling acctually go look in the mirror at what a sad bitter little clown you see. Opinions? Your s is clearly twisted with bitterness. It doesn't matter what he does that won't change. No end product? Before last night he'd made England's last 3 goal u plum. Does he have to do it every single game? Are others ok doing nothing? City paid £44m for the player he'll become not the player he is now! Or they would have gone and bought a 27 year old, hes not even near the finished article but neither was Rooney when utd spent £30m on him well over a decade ago, or do u think they paid the money for a striker scoring thr meager amout he was for Everton or what he eats going to become?
DeleteFor a bad way to leave a club go see what Milner did, two years of I'm signing, pure lies all the way he took his final pay day. Are city fans bitter, did the Manchester media slag him off at every opportunity, do the fans boo him every time we play against pool? NO as they're not one bit bitter like pool fans.sterling left to further his career and have a shot at the big time, not follow a 'new messiah' every couple of year and play in the Europa league!
You make me chuckle; fans booing is expressing a point of view. Whether you like it or not they are entitled to their opinion and have every right to express it. Hypocrite - definition of... As for alternatives, City could invest that £49m in a better youth and trainee development programme; worked for Liverpool, United and Arsenal over the years don't you think. Please before you argue that point; name one world class player that City has bought through their ranks from youth or younger in the last 10 years even.. If Liverpool fans are booing it's because of the way Sterling conducted himself in the leadup to his transfer; the BBC interview, the leaks to the press and then his agents comments re Liverpool. Both Sterling and his agent were disrespectful and behaved appallingly towards the club, it's fans and ex players/pros. Since leaving Sterling has regressed and was so poor last night; watch the game often the other England players did not follow or chase him because they did not believe that there would be an end product; they know he will not make the right pass or decision - when was the last time he did; his passes were nonchalant and lacked commitment, purpose or conviction... Pellegrini was a great Premier league winning coach so what's the excuse for the regression. Pepe has a job on his hands, a huge one to turn him around. Perhaps he's found out and he's gone as far as he can... Sterling knows it and the fans know it too!
ReplyDeleteYou're full of it pal and I'll prove it, you have nothing to answer my question with because you know I'm right. So you fatally point to youth and a youth program, I say fatally because you've clearly been living in your little bubble. Manchester City have the best academy programme and facilities in the UK if not Europe, our academies success over the last 3 seasons is proof of that. Kelechi Iheanacho graduated last season as did Garcia and more will graduate this season, we have the best under 15s and 18s sides in the country, national champions in fact. Our regression is down to a combination of things, Pellegrini's over reliance on Wilfried Bony who only scored 4 goals all season, his failure to play Iheanacho who scored 14 goals off the bench. Some of our players 30+ and Pellwgrinis reluctance to give more of our youth a chance, Manu Garcia is more than ready for first team football. I also put it down to losing Kompany, De Bruyne and Aguero all being injured by Everton players over 3 games which they got away with. The list goes on. Pellegrini failed big time and everyone knows it. Now tata
DeleteIt's clear you're just trolling, by claiming my loyalty is misplaced. How the flying balls can my loyalty be misplaced, when my loyalty only lay with Manchester City. So considering he's a City player, he automatically qualifies for my loyal support. Until he signs for someone else it will stay that way, you clearly have a problem with that so I won't be publishing anymore of your comments. I've answered every single one of your questions with valid and factual answers, all you can come back with is accusations that i wear tinted glasses with misplaced loyalty. Have a nice day.
DeleteSterling 2014/15 Goals: 11 Assists: 8 unsuccessful touches: 92 dispossessed: 92 Pass completion rate: 81%. Playing time 3651
Delete2015/16 Goals: 11 Assists: 10 unsuccessful touches: 44 Dispossessed: 82 Pass completion rate 85.3% Playing time 2506
Go and look up what regression actually means, the 2015/16 season he's clearly progressed, even though he's played around 10 games less! Opinions base on 'because I said so' don't carry much respect or sense.
