I am aware we are not defensively sound at present and going against my opinion that we are in need of a world class central defender, I believe we need to have faith in the defenders we currently have. most of us know it takes time for a defense to gel and get used to eachother so we need to accept that they need time.
At present Vincent Kompany, Joleon Lescott, Pablo Zabaleta and Wayne Bridge are starting to cement their places, we have Nedum Onuoha and Micah Richards who are still young. Im banking that Kompany and Lescott will come good soon.
To top that off we have some of the best young defenders in world football at reserve and academy level, none other than Germany's Nils Zander, Switzerland's Frederic Veseli and a host of English defending talent.
